Abstract:
During the years academics developed the concept of modularity. It has been mainly studied about products while services modularity has stayed behind. Only recently service modularity started to be discovered, studied and developed. This work deepen the connection over fourth-party logistics service provider and modularity. Through the analysis of the case study has been possible to draw the actual status of modularity in a KIBS firm that provide logistics services at Global level.
