dc.description.abstract |
The thesis examines the European situation, with a focus on Italy, about women in firms’ top position. In particular, we will analyse whether there are differences in the type of governance chosen, in the allocation of credit according to the gender of firms' leaders and whether women-led businesses are more performing or not. Moreover, we will see whether all these characteristics are all relied and influenced between each other. |
