Abstract:
This dissertation has the aim to identify an ideally optimal business model for restaurateurs or more generally for entrepreneurs in the world of food. Such analysis is a part of a strategic advice activity made by the firm Strategy Innovation Srl for its client Unox Spa, based in Cadoneghe (PD), and regards the implementation of an online training platform for aspiring or already established entrepreneurs in the world of food service, in particular to those who want to begin an experience or improve an existent experience as manager of a restaurant.
